Instead, this page is a way to help make Representative George’s communications with voters in the Primary Election more understandable and transparent, based on a flyer sent in the mail to voters April 26th, 2026. Claim: 100% pro-life
The voter would have to do a very indepth legislation search to determine whether or not Representative George voted 100% pro-life, so that appears a very hard claim to make. No prolife organization scorecard was found. Please use the contact form to provide one for addition.
Claim: 100% Pro-Second Amendment
The only organization in this state that continually monitors Second Amendment issues is the OK2A (Oklahoma Second Amendment Association). They have information on which legislators have completed a survey and the grade they received on that survey. John George has apparently not completed a survey so he has no survey rating. He does have an ‘A’ for both 2023 and 2024 OK2A legislative scorecards, however.
Claim: 100% OK CO GOP Score
In 2023, the Oklahoma County GOP produced a legislative scorecard. John George did receive a 100% score on this rating.
The scores below were collected via survey from the Oklahoma State GOP for 2023 and 2024 respectively. You can find information on how the scores were determined by clicking the links on the dates – this is not a COUNTY survey, it was done by the STATE GOP. In 2025, George’s OKGOP score was a 35.84%.
Claim: 90%+ OCPA Rating
OCPA stands for the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs. In 2023 and in 2024, the OCPA rated legislators. In 2023, Representative George received a 61%. In 2024, he recieved a 92%, making his “lifetime” score an 85%. u can find the information about how the score was collected when you click on the link provided.
Claim: John George helped deliver second most conservative legislature in the nation.
According to a 2023 House Press release, then Speaker Charles McCall announced that CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) had rated Oklahoma the second most conservative legislature. I was unable to find that claim on the CPAC website, however, the CPAC ratings during 2023 for our legislature can be found here. Representative George’s individual score was 84% and can be found on page 15.
